BSA serves as the official umbrella organization for African American student organizations on our campus. "BSA" also serves as the liaison between the university administration and all African American/students that are currently enrolled at Mississippi State University. 

Black Voices is a group of Mississippi State University students committed to exalting, reverencing, praising, and worshiping Jesus Christ through the ministry of singing.

F.L.A.R.E.’s mission is to promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and equity at the university for the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized communities through programs and events. They provide students with a welcoming environment in which they can be themselves, and people from all spectrums of the LGBTQ+ community feel comfortable.

Visionary is an organization for creative students to assist HCDC with its effort to inform and engage the campus and its communities about the work and mission of HCDC. The organization also provides the opportunity for students to develop skills such as graphic design, photography/videography, journalism & news writing, social media etiquette & branding, and marketing.

I.D.E.A.L. is composed of women who value academic excellence, professional growth, leadership, womanhood, and community service. They encourage and motivate women to establish and use leadership skills that will not only enhance themselves, but all those they come in contact with. 

ISAA serves to unify Mississippi State University’s population of Native American students, faculty, staff, descendants, allies/supporters, and those who are simply interested in or learning about Native culture and people.

ISAB is a group of students that hail from every corner of the world. Their main mission is to assist international students in gaining a fulfilling student experience at Mississippi State University, as well as, connecting with the culture of the United States – which is just as unique and different as their own. 

LSA organizes meetings and events to promote the diversity and inclusion for the Latinx community and culture at the university as well as to create and facilitate a network among Latinx students, staff, and faculty to provide mentorship and opportunities for Latinx students to pursue their academic, professional, and personal goals.

MOX provides excellent educational, cultural, social, community services and intellectual programs that will enhance the personal, professional and social growth of African American males.

NAACP works to improve the political, educational, social and economic status of minority groups, eliminate racial prejudice, and keep the public aware of the adverse effects of racial discrimination.
